What I collect

If you fill in the free-chapter form, I collect your first name and email address. If you book a call, my scheduling provider collects your name, email, and the time you chose. If you buy a program, Stripe collects your payment details.

What I never see

Your card number. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Card details never touch this website and are never stored by me.

What I do with it

I email you the thing you asked for, and occasionally write to you about coaching. That's it. I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes — not ever, and not to anyone.

What's said in a session

Coaching conversations are confidential. I won't repeat what you tell me, use your situation as an example, or name you publicly without your written permission. Two limits, and I'd rather you know them now: if you tell me you intend to seriously harm yourself or someone else, or you disclose the abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, I may have to act on that. Note that coaching does not carry the legal privilege that therapy or attorney conversations do.

Third parties

This site relies on Stripe for payments, a scheduling provider for calls, and an email provider for the newsletter. Each has its own privacy policy and holds the data you give it.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies necessary for fraud prevention when you begin a checkout.

Your control

Email me and I will delete everything I hold about you, permanently, no questions asked. Every email I send has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Children

This service is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
