What you're buying

Coaching services as described on the programs section of this site. Coaching is a collaborative process. I bring structure, experience, and honest feedback. You bring the work. What you get out of it depends heavily on what you put in.

What I don't promise

I do not guarantee a job, a promotion, a selection board result, a rating decision, an income figure, or any specific outcome. Anyone in this industry who guarantees you those things is selling you something. Results vary by person and circumstance.

Not therapy, medicine, law, or financial advice

Coaching is not mental health treatment and is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. I am not a licensed therapist. If you are in crisis, contact the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 then press 1, or text 838255.

Refunds — the halfway rule

Refunds are available up to the halfway point of a program. Once you have completed half or more of the coaching or training you purchased, that purchase is final and no refund is issued.

Direct Command (90-day intensive, 12 sessions — $997, or three payments of $349). Request a refund at any point up to and including session six and I will refund the sessions you have not yet used, calculated at $83.08 per session. From session seven onward the purchase is final. If you are on the instalment plan and stop before session seven, any remaining instalments are cancelled.

The Formation (group coaching — $97 per month). Each billing month is judged on its own. If you have attended two or fewer group calls in the month you are asking about, that month's payment is refunded in full. If you have attended three or more, that month is final. Cancelling is separate and always available: cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Cancellation stops future payments only.

The Field Guide ($47). Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, no reason required. After 14 days it is final.

To request a refund, email battlerhythmcoaching@battlerhythmcoaching.com. There is no form and no approval process. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days.

Attendance and session counts are taken from my own scheduling and session records. Sessions you booked and did not attend without 24 hours' notice count as used.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.

In-person sessions

All programs listed on the site are delivered by video. In-person coaching, group workshops and unit or organisation sessions are available on request. Fees are quoted individually and depend on group size, session length and travel, and are agreed in writing before any booking is confirmed. The halfway refund rule above applies to the programs as listed; refund terms for a bespoke in-person engagement are set out in that engagement's own quote.

Scheduling and missed sessions

Give me 24 hours' notice to reschedule and we'll find another slot at no cost. A no-show without notice counts as a used session. Military life is unpredictable — if duty, deployment, or a medical situation gets in the way, tell me and we will work around it.

Ending the relationship

You can stop at any time. I may also end a coaching relationship if it isn't working or if the arrangement becomes abusive, in which case I refund any unused portion.

Your material

Workbooks, worksheets, and recordings are licensed to you for personal use. Please don't resell or redistribute them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
